      <image:caption>Tasha Chambers is the founder and principal of The InnovateHers. She is a passionate communications and branding strategist with 17+ years of experience in media relations, advocacy, multicultural communications, research, community engagement and communications strategy. Tasha has counseled museums, cultural centers, social justice organizations and corporations. Tasha is a narrative change strategist who has studied under leading narrative change expert Dr. David Hooker, and she was part of the Kellogg Foundation-funded Narrative Change Collaborative. She has a demonstrated history of leading women and girls’ organizations, spearheading multicultural initiatives and executing large-scale communications strategies to increase brand recognition, awareness and philanthropic funding. She also holds a DEI certification from Cornell University. Tasha is a proud graduate of Howard University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.</image:caption>
